The 15-minute, three-movement serial piece is dedicated to my brilliant professor Yitzhak Sadai and was composed in 1994 under his watchful eye.

About the Work

The first live recording of the String Trio, courtesy of Kol Israel, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority, was recorded at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art hall as part of the award ceremony of the Klon Prize for composition.

Violin: Gilad Hildesheim

Viola: Shlomit Sivan

Cello: Raz Cohen

Second performance: May 2002, at the 22nd ACL conference & festival in Seoul, South Korea, by the Seoul New Music Players, where it was a prize winner.

Third performance: April 2004, Washington D.C., by violinist Yonah Tzur and friends.
